These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mainra.com, related public pages, the Mainra early-access waitlist, and prelaunch communications. By accessing the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit the waitlist form.

Mainra is under development. These terms apply only to the public website and prelaunch waitlist. They do not create a paid subscription, software license, service-level commitment, or right to use a Mainra CRM workspace.

Beta access and paid services may require additional product terms, a data processing agreement, acceptable-use rules, and pricing terms before access is provided.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use the website or join the waitlist. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

Joining the waitlist expresses interest only. It does not guarantee access, a particular launch date, product functionality, support level, price, or position in an invitation sequence.

Mainra may invite users in stages, limit or pause invitations, request additional information, or remove entries that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or unsuitable for an early test.

By joining the waitlist, you request product, launch, pricing, and early-access communications from Mainra. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting info@mainra.com. Essential responses to a request you send may still be delivered.

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
• Submit false, misleading, harmful, or confidential third-party data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access or bypass security controls.
• Interfere with availability, performance, or normal operation.
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, spam, or abuse the website.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or destructive material.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you permit Mainra to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. This permission does not transfer ownership of your personal information or unrelated materials.

Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, or material that you do not have permission to share.

The website, Mainra name, visual design, copy, software, and other materials are owned by Mainra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the public website for its intended purpose but may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where law expressly permits it.

The website may depend on or link to third-party services. Mainra does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

The website and prelaunch materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Product descriptions, mockups, roadmaps, and planned features are informational and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mainra disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mainra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the public website or waitlist.

Mainra's total liability connected with the website and waitlist will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Mainra for the relevant public website activity during the preceding 12 months or USD 100. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

Mainra may suspend or restrict access to the website, remove a waitlist entry, or discontinue public features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes. You may stop using the website or ask to leave the waitlist at any time.

Until Mainra's legal operating entity is established, these terms are interpreted under applicable law without selecting an exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Before bringing a formal claim, please contact info@mainra.comso the issue can be reviewed and an informal resolution attempted. This clause will be updated with the operator's governing law before paid services launch.

Mainra may update these terms as the website and product develop. The effective date will be changed when updates are published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to applicable law.
